Abstrakt

International Conference Compressors 2021 is the tenth in a series of conferences on compressors and refrigerants organized by Slovak Association for Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Technology since 1995.
Slovakia is one of the largest producers of compressors in the world per capita. This 2021 conference organized again as Joint conference of IIR Commissions B2 and B1 with E1 and E2 provides an opportunity to exchange current engineering information, problems and solutions on the important issues of compressor and ejector technology, new refrigerants and oils, refrigeration technology and energy effectiveness of refrigerating, air-conditioning and heat pump systems including also absorption refrigerating technologies.
More than 40 abstracts of more than 120 authors were submitted to the judgment and appreciation for the conference presentations. I would like to thank to the all authors, the best specialist in our profession for their contributions which enhance significantly the scientific standard of our conference. We very appreciate the constant interest of many authors to participate at our conference.
Honorary position  of conference president is in rotation since 2017.After compressor designer Mr. Blaha and prof. Havelsky the honorary conference president is prof. Dariusz Butrymowicz.
Conference president Prof. Butrymowicz in a closing speech will introduce 6 recommended papers for IJR and will carry out the ceremonial act of handing over the honorary position of the president of the IIR conference on Compressors to Prof. Armin Hafner.
Our conference goals - to assemble well-known experts to present papers of immediate or general interest, to provide a forum for the presentation of applied papers on good current practice and research papers on good future practice and to provide an atmosphere for the general exchange of engineering information, problems and solutions will be surely successfully achieved.
Commemorative medals to father of steam turbine and water water heat pump prof. Aurel Stodola will be granted during conference conclusion to:
Didier Coulomb director of IIR for the support of conference on Compressors in Slovakia
Prof. Dariusz Butrymovicz and Prof. Armin Hafner for the conference support with the most number of presentations during the conference history.
