Abstrakt
IIR Conference “Compressors” 2021
is the tenth in a series of conferences on compressors and refrigerants organized by Slovak Association for Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning and Heat Pumps since 1995. Slovakia is one of the largest producers of compressors in the world per capita. This 2021 conference provides an opportunity to exchange current engineering information, problems, and solutions on the important issues of compressor technology, new refrigerants and specific refrigeration technologies.
Why virtually
Covid has changed our way of life. Safety is the priority. To meet person in person becomes nearly impossible. But we want to go on. Conference was shifted from September 2020 to January 2021 and it is now virtual.
You can follow 4 parallel morning and afternoon sessions with 44 presentations from more than 120 authors after the review process in 8 sessions. Conference is recorded and each presentation could be followed later.
During the lunch time meeting of commissions B1, B2, E1, E2 is organized moderated by Didier Coulomb, director of IIR.
Invited papers during lunch time are on hydrogen development and economy versus climate changes.
We appreciate
the constant interest of many authors to participate at our conference. Three or more papers during the conference history were presented by Didier Coulomb, Cesar Deschamps, Dáriusz Butrymowicz. Armin Hafner, Michael Khmelnyuk, Peter Tomlein, Marek Zgliczynsky, Jozef Sedliak, ... I would like to thank to all authors, the best specialist in our profession for their contributions which significantly enhance the scientific standard of our conference.
