Conference at the Congress Centre of Slovak National Parliament in Papiernička and Congress Centre of Slovak Academy of Sciences in castle Smolenice, September 2. – 4.9. 2013 will be divided into three days:

| 3.9. | 08.20 | Plenary session and dividing in to technical sessions |
| 3.9. | 12.00 | Lunch and sessions of B and E committees, departure to castle Smolenice |
| 3.9. | 15.00 | Compressors, refrigeration technologies, inspections and diagnostic |
| 3.9. | 18.00 | Garden party, wine tasting, social gathering, typical medieval castle program |
